Murmur Brand Health - 2026

I wanted to push the boundaries of what one designer with an idea could build using AI.

Using a combination of the latest AI tools, specifically Figma and Claude Code, I sketched out and built an app experience that captures a brand’s voice using real comments and alerts managers when they are needed. A beautiful galaxy visual metaphor intuitively uses size and color to communicate which social channels need the most attention.

Goodbye dashboards, say hello to Murmur.

The start screen introduces Murmur and primes the user for their onboarding experience.

Real comments, no risk. The system starts to learn how to reply authentically in your brand’s voice through a series of drafts they can accept, dismiss, or edit.

Sometimes a drafted reply is close but just need a slight change. The app allows for all drafted replies to be edited by the user.

A gentle nudge and progress bar encourages the user to continue while always communicating where they are in the process.

Once enough signal has been captured the app hands off to the phase where the user will approve the tuned AI drafts and send them out into various social media channels.

Same core experience but a slight color shift signals to the user they are now sending out real replies.

After the user has approved enough of the AI drafts, a confirmation is presented that their onboarding is concluded.

Now the app is monitoring your brand channels across your various campaigns and will alert you if there is negative activity in one of your channels.

Tapping a notification takes you to the campaign that needs the brand manager’s attention. Displayed across orbital rings where heat equates to gravity and size equates to comment volume, the channel that needs the most attention is centered.

Easily switch between campaigns to see if there are other issues.

Tapping on any cluster opens an action tray where they can glance at metrics and start to take immediate action.

If a manager feels confident in their brand’s AI voice they have the option of sending them out all at once, but not without a warning state.

One a channel has cooled the manager is directed to the next warmest cluster in the campaign.

After an entire campaign is in good health, the app will load the next campaign that needs attention.

New Campaign same structure. Tap into any channel to see their activity and take action.

The big payoff moment is when all channels are calm, and the manager did this all while standing in line at the grocery store or out to lunch.
